How to run a design feedback session that people want to attend

Wednesday 19th November

2pm - 3:30pm AEDT / 8:30am - 10am IST (90 min, remote)

Workshop

Judd Garratt of Guide + Mentor

Is collecting design feedback a bit hit and miss? Do loud voices dominate and others quietly opt-out? Is the feedback given even useful in the first place? How do we run the kind of design feedback session that not only makes the work better, but also improves a team’s overall design practice?

Join me in this interactive, small-group workshop, as we unpack a structured method for running design feedback sessions that people actually want to attend.

You'll learn how to:

  • Plan and facilitate effective feedback sessions
  • Help designers ask for actionable feedback
  • Enable all voices to be heard
  • Coach designers on how to give effective feedback
  • Use feedback sessions to up-level design practice

The workshop will be held remotely via Zoom and capped at 8 people so everyone can participate and ask questions.

Includes free downloadable frameworks and resources that you can use in your own work.
